Tetbury acquires a new Community Hub

**Press Release**

Tetbury Town Council is due to take the keys of premises that will become a new Community Hub. The keys will be handed over between 10am and 10.30am on Thursday 22nd March 2018.

Bromford Housing Association is providing part of Old Coombe House, on New Church Street on a peppercorn rent, in order for the Council to let out the ground floor offices to various community groups on a part-time or ad hoc basis. The building was formerly used by @Tetbury for IT training and most recently by the Cotswold CVS as an office to run a community transport scheme.

The first floor will continue to be used by the Tetbury Model Railway Club, which has a number of permanent model railway layouts.

The Council will undertake some minor refurbishment work before letting out the ground floor offices, but interested users are invited to contact the Town Clerk for an early viewing.
