Our food waste cookery course looks at how we can reduce food waste and save money at the same time. It has been designed to provide inspiration on how to re-purpose these ingredients to produce tasty food that you want to eat and help reduce the amount of food waste.
You will learn: How to make delicious recipes using every day ingredients which often get wasted. Learn how to minimise wasted food. Pick up tips on how to be more sustainable at home. Find out what happens to food waste once its collected and why it’s important to recycle food waste.
